I love small Weddings (I only had 17 people at my Wedding)!  These smaller collections are completely customizable to you and want you want in your Photography.  Coverage starts at 2 hours and goes up from there. Contact me for detailed pricing!

Why do you call it The Wedding Experience?

I believe Photography on one of the most important days of your lives, should be an all-inclusive fantastic experience.  I only accept a certain number of Weddings and Portrait session a year in order to make sure you are well taken care of.  From the first time you email me, until after you receive all your gorgeous images and custom Album; you can expect to be treated like a top priority.  After you book your Wedding with ASP, you will never have to wonder what part of the process we are at.  Through prompt emails and attention to every detail; you will never have to worry about your Wedding Day Photography.

I Like your photography and interested in finding out more.  How do I get in contact with you?

Great… I truly am honored!  Once you fill out the CONTACT form and send (top of the Website), I promptly answer all emails within business hours.  I will send along detailed Collection Information and Pricing.  If you are interested in meeting in person afterwards, I’d love to meet you at a local coffee shop (my treat) to talk more about what you are looking for in your Wedding Day Photography.  During our meeting, I will bring along some examples of our most recent work and Custom Albums.  I would love to hear all about your Wedding Day style and what you are looking for in a Photographer.  If you are too busy to meet in person, I completely understand, and would be available to talk via Skype or on the phone at your earliest convenience.

How can I reserve my Wedding Date?

We require a $1,000 retainer to reserve your Wedding Date. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold your date without a retainer and signed contract. We reserve dates on a first come first serve basis and recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure your date.  Send me an email via our Inquire form and let’s discuss your Wedding Day!

Do you offer discounts for Friday or Off-Season Weddings?

Unfortunately, no matter what day we are photographing, it still is the same amount of preparation, time , costs, work and post work as it would be on a weekend. Sorry, we do not offer discounts for this reason.  However, if you are having a morning wedding, intimate wedding or eloping; we are more than happy to customize a package for you at a discounted rate.

Does Annie have an assistant Photographer?

Yes!  My husband, Peter, is my main second shooter.  On the rare occasion if Peter is not available, I will have another experienced, professional Photographer there on your Wedding Day!

What if we don’t need an Engagement Session?

All of our wedding collections include a complimentary engagement session.  If you choose to not take advantage of this, no problem.  I do feel an engagement session is beneficial and an advantage for everyone involved.  It’s a great way for me as your Wedding Photographer to get to know you and for you as the future bride and groom to get to know one another in front of the camera.  Just think of it as a warm-up and learning to get more comfortable for your wedding day and it’s FUN!  In addition to these great benefits, it’s always nice to have a few casual photographs displayed in your home along with your wedding photos.  After Booking your Wedding with us, I will be sending along tips, tricks, what to expect and location ideas for you and your fiance to help plan!

Can you help me with a Wedding Day Timeline?

Absolutely!  When you book your Wedding with ASP, I will be your biggest advocate for getting the most beautiful photos on your Wedding Day.  Your wedding day is one of the most important events OF YOUR LIFE and you should have at least a basic timeline to follow throughout your day. Based on what time you are getting married and the reception, I’d be more than happy to help you or your Wedding Planner plan what hours would work best to have us photograph the day!

What is a ‘First Look’ and do you recommend it?

A First Look is when the couple chooses to see one another before the Wedding in a relaxed, private moment.  YES!  I cannot stress the importance of having a first look for your wedding day and the beneficial photo outcome.  After seeing each other and documenting your reactions to seeing each other for the first time, we then have time to take your Portraits before the Wedding.  It allows you to have a more relaxing day, as well as have many more photographs.  After the Wedding, you are able to enjoy relaxing the rest of your day and you have some amazing pictures of the two of you.  If this option isn’t right for you, that is alright, too!  We can plan to take Bride and Groom portraits after the ceremony!

Do you take Family Formal Portraits?

Yes. Family portraits are very important!  We request a full list of family groupings at least one week before the wedding day. This way, we don’t forget anyone and you walk away with all your family photos! If you decide to do a first look for your wedding, family portraits are usually done in nice natural light before or after the ceremony.

What about a Shot List?

Other than a list of your family groupings, we do not need a list of things to photograph. Our job is to photograph every detail we see at your wedding. Looking down at a list will only hinder us from seeing whats in front of us.  If you have any specific requests concerning photographs, I’d be more than happy to discuss this prior to your wedding day.

Do you make any of our images black and white?

Yes. I shoot all Wedding in color, but in post processing, some images just look better black and white! The majority of your images will be in color (and a few in black and white).

What is your rate for overtime hours?

When we meet to discuss the timeline, it’s my job to educate you on how I maximize the 8 hours we are Photographing.  I would say 95% of my Weddings, don’t need more than 8 hours coverage, to get every image you can possibly want.  If you decide you would like more, we charge $350 for any hour over what the contract is signed for. This is always discussed and confirmed with you before your wedding day.

How many pictures will you take on my Wedding Day?  How many images will I receive?

Depending upon your wedding day schedule, we photograph on average 2,000 images a wedding day. However, many images are duplicates in order to ensure you are getting the very best.  These images are broken down and only the absolute best will be given to you.  Many of these images are duplicates or eyes are closed.  You can expect to receive only the very best images take which is usually between 400-600.

Do you touch up/edit any of my photos?

Yes. I pay close attention to each image individually in order to ensure color, contrast, lighting and saturation look as it should.  I adjust images to look as clean as possible, so that they remain timeless for you to cherish forever.  As a photographer, I always do my best to position clients in the most complimentary and attractive lighting situations and angles when possible. However, I do not do extensive editing or over process images, but rather make sure your images look like real life and beautiful.

How long does it take to get all of my images after the Wedding?

It typically takes 4-5 weeks for full editing completion. During the editing and post processing time, please now we are working hard to finish your images in a timely manner and will get your images to you as soon as they are finished.  We are just excited for you to see your final images and for you to start sharing and printing.  You will receive a Customized USB Flash Drive with all of the very best images, fully edited, saved as high resolution images and a print release.

Do I get the rights to my images?

Yes! Once we finish editing the images from your engagement session, and/or wedding day, we will deliver the digital images to you. I believe these are your images and you should OWN the rights to these images. You are able to print, create as many copies as you would like, share on Facebook/Twitter or wherever you choose.  I have a list of reputable print companies I recommend for best printing options.

Do you offer Professional Flush Mount Albums and Canvases?

ABSOLUTELY!  I believe if you are paying for Professional Photography, you should have the right to invest in Professional products to show off the the time, money and investment you put into your Wedding Day!  For this reason, I have spent years researching the best companies for Albums, Canvases and prints that are equally as beautiful and affordable to my clients.

Can my friends and family see all of my Wedding Pictures?

Yes! Once all images are fully edited and ready to be delivered to you; your online gallery will go live.  A link to access all of your Wedding Pictures will be sent to you via email for you to share with friends and family.  Besides being able to see all of your gorgeous Wedding Day images, they will be categorized and in the order they were taken for optimal viewing pleasure.  In addition, they are able to SHARE a favorite image on Facebook/Twitter/Email and purchase professional prints and/or canvases.
