Life has been a little hectic around here. A good hectic, though– no, no… a great hectic! That said, I have been busy photographing some gorgeous Weddings, meeting amazing couples getting Married, traveling to a different state for Engagement picture sessions, editing, and the list goes on and on for a small business owner (that I won’t bore you with). In the next month, I have a nephew about to be born and couldn’t be more proud of my amazing sister, traveling to NY to celebrate this darling family of 4-to-be, photograph THREE Weddings, and travel to Florida to photograph a beach Wedding of two of the most genuine and in love people out there.
In honor of the next chapter of life, let’s celebrate Life in Instagrams, Spring 2014 Edition…
WELL PLAYED HOME DEPOT. BRINGING IN 2X4S TO GET THIS MODERN LADY TO VISIT YOUR LUMBER DEPARTMENT…WELL PLAYED.
As many of you know, Peter and I moved about a mile and a half north from living downtown for 3 years. We bought last May, and a major selling point of our Old Town Condo was owning half of a private rooftop. As a City dweller, outside space is key and pretty hard to come by. Currently the roof is plain and needs some major renovations. This random weekday night, we thought and talked how we logistically would get boards up 5 stories…and I took shoe selfies. Before and Afters coming soon of the Rooftop deck… once we start the project of course;)!
THE BEAUTIFUL JOURNEY OF LIFE. P.S. PUERTO RICAN SUNSETS HAVE STOLEN MY HEART.
This past April we went to visit our dear friends in Puerto Rico. The sunsets there are pretty A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! The picture on the left is Stephanie in Chicago (Lake Michigan) preganant with Savannah, and on the right is Stephanie in Puerto Rico (Caribbean Ocean) with Savannah at 7 months old. I have the best clients in the world. Niki and Ross’s GORGEOUS Wedding will be on the BLOG next week– get ready to be inspired brides-to-be!
A SATURDAY MORN IN THE CITY.
Here we are at Home Depot again. In the City, dogs are treated like little children and get to go into many public places. It definitely adds to the many reasons I love living in the City.
AMAZING ROMANTIC-RUSTIC STYLE FROM THIS GORGEOUS FIRST WEDDING OF THE YEAR.
Ariel and Rick’s stunning Wedding was at Starved Rock and kicked off the ASP 2014 Wedding Season. I couldn’t have been more honored to document their great love, and all the amazing details! Oh…and it’s Ariel (and her twin sisters birthday today)! HAPPY BIRTHDAY, LADIES!! xoxox
Have a great Thursday, friends!
