For most of my professional career, I've shot the best of the best weddings. Our clients, turned friends, value classic images, family & traditions, and love as much as we do.
For over 11 years, we have photographed memorable weddings, motherhood, newborns and family milestones. As our couples stories and passions have evolved, Annie Steele Photography does as well-- continuing to tell your joyous stories.

Fact 1
After High School, I went to college to study advertising, left that college, began a new one, got engaged, and graduated with a Radiology Degree. I have found life is full of hilarity, unexpected certainty, unanswered prayers, grace and so much love when and where you least expect.

Fact 2
My husband, Peter, and I got married in the Dominican Republic in 2006. Since, we've lived in the NW suburbs, moved downtown Chicago on a whim, renovated a few homes, and now call a 140 year old Chicago Craftsman Cottage in Lincoln Park home. If you come over, I’ll always have fresh cut flowers in the kitchen and something cold for you to sip.

Fact 3
I am more savory, than sweet- and could swear off all the sweet treats in the world in exchange for all the good salty ones. I drink Iced Coffee year round, I love city living, walking to our favorite restaurants, our kids to school, and riding my electric bike around town.

When we aren't photographing, we love hosting family and friends (almost as much as making dinner renovations), spending time with our 2 kids, Harper & Jack, traveling for business & pleasure to beautiful locations, and always dreaming up new home projects.
